The Samsung Galaxy Core Prime (G360, G361) is powered by 1.3GHz quad-core processor, and it comes with 1GB of RAM. The phone packs 8GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 64GB via a microSD card.
It appears the phone is purchased is locked by the previous owner's Samsung account. You will need to contact the previous owner and work with them to remove it.
