Bottom 2 in of screen not working and my fingerprint reader stopped wo

I'm now locked out of my phone. Fingerprint reader was working so thats how I unlocked my phone but now its not working and I can put my pin in but can't hit enter because that part of my screen no longer works. Is there anything I can do?
