My email information is under the threat
This great day I've only opened MS Outlook 2016 and I haven't even opened my Inbox. My .pst password looks like was reset. What actually happened, I can’t know, I want to bring all the my data back.

If you think your account has been hacked go to https://login.live.com/login.srf?wa=wsig... type in your email and password, if your password fails and you are sure you are typing in your password correctly, hit forgot password and select I think someone else is using my microsoft account.

Outlook 2016 is an application. It can be used to view any email account. You should ask what email service it was set up for.
Ah. I immediately went to the conclusion that the OP used outlook just because they are using MS outlook. Ironically, I use my gmail with outlook in windows 10.
If such an error takes place while opening PST files, this might be a corruption case. I'm little sure about the corruption here as the user followed the things asked in the error with no luck. SCANPST.EXE, the Inbox Repair tool for MS Outlook, can play an important role in this situation. It can fix the PST files if they are corrupted.
