Why my mobile screen is off make the calling time.?

Hi!
It is normal for your phone's screen to turn off when you put it at your ear. There's a sensor on the upper side of the phone that turns it off every time you make a call and put your phone to your ear. It's a way to save power, but as I said, all phones these days do that.
