I have sound but no picture
I am getting the sounds from the PS4 when turned on, but there is no picture. Blu-Ray and my regular xfinity cable works fine, just no picture when the PS4 is on.

Sounds like you probably have a faulty HDMI port. This is a super common repair and the #1 repair I get at my shop. If you have a lot of micro soldering experience you can do the job yourself. If not you'll need to have a professional fix it. I fix lots of these at my repair shop and there are others here on ifixit who can do this repair as well...just click on the name and it will take you to their profile page.

it could be the hdmi encoder ic or the filters beside it
