Reoccuring paper jam warning

I own a HP Officejet Pro 8500A e-All-in-One Printer series - A910.

I've followed the printer and HP's website suggestions on clearing any paper jam and it still prompts an error stating that there is a paper jam.

What else can be the issue here?
