Can't start-VIDEO issue MBpro 13" mid 2010
mid 2010 MB pro 13" sometimes will not FULLY power ON; sometimes it shuts down on it's own - is this a VIDEO issue that causes malfunction? How to fix short of replacing the motherboard?

From cold start the unit 1) starts and proceeds approx. 1/2 way through it's sign on/up and then fails; 2) unit won't start AT ALL; 3)Unit works OK; 4) this machine was registered before the Apple deadline for taking care of this problem at the Apple store in Briarwood, Ann Arbor, MI. from where it was purchased and Apple would not take care of it. Memory works the same whether it has 4GB or haS been upgraded 16 GB RAM. Please share your ideas with me at:: walter@walter1.com.
