Why is it saying there is a problem with the printerhead?
I am getting error code that says there is a problem with the printer head

Susan Costello, You did not state your model#, Start your trouble shooting of print head error using the links below. In some forums they say if you contact HP they may replace the printer as this is a known issue for some models to have a bad print head, may be worth looking into.
