My phone's saying storage is full, I've deleted apps & pics & it's still saying it. What should I do?

If you are running Android 6, put a memory card in it. Select the option "Format as Storage" this will combine the storage of your memory card and the phone's memory as a single storage space and increase overall storage.
If it does not allow you to do this, move all the photos to the storage, and back up your messages to gmail using SMS+
