There is a blue box with letters and numbers that don't go away how do i get rid of the box?!

Have you tried unplugging the tv and leaving it like that for a few hours?

@ebkgregh what have you plugged in to your TV? Unplug everything and just try one input source. i.e. DVD player. does that "box" remain?
