Why won't the door for the batteries stay closed
The door stay shut without batteries in it once I put the batteries in the door pops open can I get a replacement part

@laundry,Kathie, The door latch may be broke. Yes you can get a replacement door, see the link below for replacement part. You may want to pop into a local camera shop first as they may have a quick fix or replacement part with out having to change whole door. Good luck.
