How do I get rid of advertising
I changed my wallpaper and now I automatically receive ads for Samsung products when my tablet is idle. Continuously runs down my battery. I must turn tablet off. How can I stop?

Best way is to get your device rooted first and then you can install a nice piece of software such as AdAway and voila, the intrusive part of ads world is gone for good.

Long story short, in Android is what you need to get administrative control of your device, which is normally unavailable. Once a device is rooted, low level instructions can be given to the system to prevent access to some outgoing as well as incoming communications, including blocking some advertising domains based on special lists. It's something you should do only if you are well aware of positive and potentially dangerous effects on your tablet.
