My pictures are coming out really dark and really pixelly. Help!

I must have changed a setting on my camera without meaning to. Because now all of my pictures, if they are more than 5 feet from the camera, are coming out dark and really pixels. Help!!!

I don't have a guide.. this camera was given to me from a family member without a book. :-(

Look at page 38 for the "Two Button Reset". It will restore your camera to default settings. That should reverse your accidental setting change.
