LED 2 light out

I plugged it in and I can hear the hard drive and the fan kick in. I am also getting LED lights 1, 3, and 4 on but 2 is out. I believe it's something to do with the Logic board not getting power but not sure how to fix that?

Please give us the Axxx and EMC number from the bottom of the stand. There are know issue on different models.

Do you get anything on the screen, does it tone on start up, what is its history?
