Not Charging at all

Hi, I have one ipad air A1475. Everything works fine except charging. There is no water damage. Charging port seems to be fine no sign of damage pins or water. i tried to re-solder the connections pins but still no luck. Does anyone know what else can be the issue ? Thanks.
what do you get on the screen? What i your host computer?

Are you using an Apple charger/cable? Have you swapped out either? Also did you try a restart with home/power button?

Yes, I am using an original apple charger, and my iPad was 8% charged so there is definitely something wrong in the motherboard. I need some technical advice, thanks.
