@tikimoxie , Ken, First you will want to see if you are enrolled in an equipment protection program at the 1st link below(as your device may be covered for this). If not covered verify that the charger is indeed working(try another charger or try your charger with another device). Check charge port is clean and undamaged/loose,(blow out ant dust etc.,check port pins for damage/missing and you could also disassemble and clean connections and try, link 2 shows how to access charge port and battery. Link 3 is for replacement battery which you can also do a google search for to get better pricing possibly. All ways make sure replacement part is correct for your device before purchasing. How can I tell if my battery is bad. I plug it in and the 0% flashes on. Then it disappears and the battery symbol starts to flash
