Battery will not charge.
When I plug in the charger, the screen only shows a gray colored battery with no charging. I reset the battery, bought a new battery and installed it, and the results are still no charging and a gray battery display. What should I do?
@sungsam have you checked your charger, your cable, your charging port? what have you checked?
