Laptop broke after restoring it to factory settings
I got a toshiba laptop running windows 10 from my dad last Christmas and within 2 months it broke. My dad repaired it but I broke again and then I repaired it. Again it broke this is when neither of us could fix it and my dad (who has the exact same laptop as me and has never had any problems) created a boot of his laptop on a usb and sent my laptop and usb to toshiba who then fixed it and again it broke within weeks. I use this laptop to play games on my breaks at work as I work nightshift and there isn't much else to do but I think the amount of games is too much or the laptop is not powerful enough to run them and it breaks the laptop. This time it refused to boot windows so I decided to reset the computer to an out of the box condition while using the usb as a recovery, this worked it when through everything it needed to and asked me to press finish and it would restart I pressed finish and it restarted, this is when it froze on a toshiba loading screen and no matter what we do it will not come off of this screen draining the battery dead, trying to access any settings, anything it won't work and when I restart the laptop it is like it was never turned off it just instantly goes straight back to the Toshiba loafing screen even after being drained of all battery, can anyone help
