Knockin engine white smoke from exhaust
My 2007 civic is blowing white smoke from exhaust,engine knocking, smells like burnt oil. Just added 2 quarts b/c the dash said 20% oil life. Any suggestions?

Ok it was spark plugs and a fuel filter. The engine was knocking b/c it wasnt getting enough torque. It was showinglow fuel life b/c the system was tryin to make sense of what was goin on.

bnmejia79, engine knocking and blowing white smoke usually is a good sign of internal engine damage, have a good technician have a look, diagnose and estimate repair. May be best and more cost effective to have engine replaced with a good engine from an auto recycler/wrecking yard if tech. gives you bad news$$. Good luck.
