Home button is stiff
It's so hard to press my home button, is there any way I could get it to get it in stiff and hard to press??

Try some isopropyl alcohol. 99% if you can get it. Wet the button down liberally and give it a scrubbing. If that doesn't fix it, the home button itself could be damaged. iFixit doesn't have a home button replacement guide or even a teardown on your phone, but its similar enough to the S6 that you could follow the S6 teardown and get to the home button:
