My iHome charges my iPhone when docked but it won’t play music.

Check to make sure the audio file is playing on your device first. Then, check the volume settings on both your device and the iHome system. It is possible that the volume is simply too low.

If the audio file is playing and the volume is turned up, then the problem may be with your iPhone. Test your iPhone with another set of headphones or speakers.
