Getting error messages with all apps
For the past 2 weeks I've been getting an error message every time I try to enter an app, it's saying "couldn't connect, please try again......cannot connect to server" and the television is saying connected to internet.I've tried all the troubleshooting suggestions online, nothing works
Is it hard wired or are you trying the wireless? If you are trying the wireless then the TV would say your connected but the apps do not work because you have not entered the wireless passphrase for it to decrypt the connection. Enter the passphrase and then try the apps again. hopefully the Smart TV will not forget the passphrase after it is turned off. Which might happen BTW because it happens to my printer all the time so I have to keep my printer on constantly. You might have the same issue with your TV forgetting the passphrase and the only way to check it is to enter the passphrase and verify the operation and then turn it off and then back on and see if it still works or not.
