Power button does not work when pressed
When I press on the power button it does not work. I did the child lock and it works but no power.

Depress the Control Lock switch on the control panel for about 5 seconds and see if the light goes on. If it is on, it's locked. Press again till it goes off. If you get no light we need to look elsewhere.
The above failing unplug the machine for 5 minutes to allow it to reset then plug back in.
