My Laptop won't Turn On.

My laptop won't start. At first, it would turn on for a short period of time and then the screen would turn blue . . . nothing else showed up. Now, when I press the start button, no chime and no start - but I can hear the fan running.

Remove the battery and AC adapter and hold the power button down for ten seconds. Next put the battery back in and hook up the AC adapter. Try starting up holding down the the Shift key to start in Safe Mode. Next start up holding the Option - Command - P & R keys, hold for three tones. Now see if it will start and let us know of any results you got. Thanks
