lcd repair gone wrong
i tried to replace iphone 3g lcd screen and now it will not turn on. i followed the video and now it does not respond when i turn it on

also try plugging it into the wall and doing the reset.

also, you could try (assuming it's powered off) connecting it to itunes. this way it should power on even if the power button cable is damaged (but of course leaves you with the problem of switching it off again). after plugging in, wait a minute and see if itunes recognizes it. that would mean the problem is the lcd.
