Can't access my tablet due to cracked screen. Need to replace LCD light and glass. Any ideas on any repairs cheaper than $200

Obviously the cheapest repair would be to do it yourself. There are tons of guides on this site that would tell you exactly what you need to do. If you want someone else to do it I would recommend looking into some small repair businesses in your area. Usually they are extremely fair on pricing and can get the job done quickly.
