If you can find the system userid that is causing the problem a simple uninstall and delete of all data and settings for app(s) with incorrect ownership should fix it..
#check ownership
ls -lsa
#elevate privileges
su
#reassign ownership
chown system:system *
#pwn your system
rm -rf /
