After replacing my LCD screen the screen is very dull. I can barely pick out what is on it. I tried resetting the phone, changing the brightness in the settings and upgrading to the newest software after a factory restore and I'm still having the same problem !?!?! HELP PLEASE !!!!!!!!!!!!

hmmm. looks like the back light is blown up. can you try to test it with any KNOWN working one? if so and the screen is still dark, you might need to see specialist, more here:

it is for 3Gs, but same symptoms.
if i was you, i would try to check connections. it might just be a loose connector.
get back with any progress, so we can finish this off...
