I bought an iPhone 6 from ebay, iCloud locked, and I was thinking about a thing.
If i buy an empty 64GB Flash chip, and i remove the old chip (iCloud locked), can I put iOS on this new empty chip?
I know that the flash memory in each iPhone is uniquely encrypted by its CPU using AES256, but with a used cpu, and an empty memory chip, this wouldn't be a problem..
What do you think?

No, you cannot remove iCloud in that way.
The lock identity is connected to multiple chips, basically you need to replace almost every important chip on the board.
So just sell this phone for parts.

You in fact can do this. There are plenty of YouTube videos showing and formatting machines which change the serial number.... Unlocking iCloud
