Shutdown on Windows Startup
The computer never boot into windows, it shutdown just before windows log in.

Try using safe boot. If successful run your anti-virus and anti=malware and retry a normal boot. If this doesn't work boot to your system disk and try disk repair. Still no luck--reinstall Windows.
