Won't go to windows screen- stuck on blue screen- how do I fix it?

What is your storage device is it SSD or HDD?
If the HDD there's a tool software for it to be fixed, so it won't turn blue screen anymore? It must be broken can be fixed but hard to disassemble if you're not good at doing it. Replacing the platter discs is one thing that can fix it if it's hardware. And if it's software there is a chance of restoring its clusters.
And if SSD ??? The only choice you have is to either buy a new one or repair what causes it to blue screen. Cluster programs.

@popedonpaul does it Post properly? Have you tried a safe boot? What version Windows? Sounds like an OS issue not necessarily hardware

I am using windows 7. Running a pre boot assessment and it said some thing about hard drive failure.....not good I guess
Will try running in safe mode next
