Why won't my tablets charge..
I got 2 RCA RCT6773W42B tablets that don't want to charge,
I've tried charging them with different chargers and still don't charge.
so I know its not the chargers.
Please help me resolve this problem..

Rafaela Caravez if your charger and charging cables are truly okay, that you may have trouble with either the charging ports on both or batteries that are depleted beyond the threshold of accepting a charge. I'd suggested you check the charging ports first. Make sure they are not corroded, bend or broken. After that replace the battery. It appears that RCA does solder their charging ports right to the board (vs. flex cables for other manufacturers) so your repair could require some soldering.

It is usually the micro USB port that gets damaged or worn that causes the problem. You can replace the port or and you own new charging cable. I switched mine to a mini USB port.
