my washer has many issues. one being it goes straight from agitating to spinning. why?
Also, used to shock me when door lock is activated. removed it. jumpered it, and taped the heck out of it. BUT, now entire machine shocks me all the time. no questions seem to cover these issues. HELP!

First thing first. Solve your short problem. Probably a loose wire. Try not to electrocute yourself. Unplug it it first and check for continuity and loose wires. This is a dangerous repair so if you really don't know what you are doing, just don't. Hire a tech. He/she should have non-conductive shoes.
