Why won't my buttons pop up?
I replaced the buttons in my xbox controller correctly, but they don't pop out of the controller and are significantly harder to press.. any help?

Paul,
My best guess is that the rubber backing behind the buttons is not seated correctly. I would open up the controller and ensure the rubber is the right position.
