Ran out of battery and plugged the charger at the same time

My tablet ran out of battery the second I plugged charger in. This has happened a million times before but this time it got stuck between charging and turning off. First it shows its loading then it turns off and repeats after 10 seconds.

I`ve tried to turn it on normally without the charger and with it. I gave up and let it "load" overnight... nothing.

I guess I would say try replacing the battery, it's not a very difficult repair, and you could find a cheap battery, to rule this out as the problem. Something kinda tells me that it's your charger port that's the issue. But that's always going to be more work than swapping a battery
