Blank screen no lcd indicator

I have an apple cinema HD monitor that stopped functioning there is no blinking lcd light at the bottom right, changed the power adapter with another monitor that was working still no response. So I disassembled the monitor from the aluminum case reconnected the power adapter and noticed 3 blinking lights on the logic board. Wondering if anyone knows what this means.
