Customer Service?? Well your customer service need much much improvement as well as this washing machine does. I will never buy a Sears Product again.

@carr not sure which customer service you are referring to. ifixit? Sears? If you need some help with your washer a good start would be to let us know what the problem is and what you have tried thus far to fix it.
