About update for ps4
The ps4 won't do anything says it needs a update of 3.11 or newer I've done this over an over with USB an I've tried internet it goes Thur all the steps an says it will be updated as soon as it restarts as soon as it restarts its bk as if I never did update I've done this for many days now an I've called support who had me try it in safe mode an it still doesn't work I nd to know how to fix this as my son uses it an is very ill most the time I just don't understand why a game system cost so much an you can't even update it
