What are the Disk Warrior Alternatives?
What are Disk Warrior alternatives that can repair the hard drive and cost less than $99? Suggestion are appreciated.

ProSoftEng - Data Rescue Free if you only need recover 250 GB of files.
ProSoftEng - Drive Genius $99 if the drive its self is having problems.
You may not be able to recover your disk if you have banged it.

The $99 Data Rescue (it doesn't recover anything for free) limits you to 5 drives. Once you reach that limit, it stops working.
He didn't mention data recovery, he mentioned "Hard Drive Repair" I use Disk Warrior all the time to rebuild and optimize Directory/File system structures on corrupted Mac HDs. I've only ever used it for Data Recovery once.
A lot of techs are looking for an alternative that supports the APFS as currently Disk Warrior still does not :)
@astarcomputingga - There still isn't any third party APFS tools. And sadly I don't think Apple will offer the needed info for a third party to create such tools.
Do remember this question was asked way before APFS was available. And Disk Genius is also quite good in fixing HFS+ drives.

There are a number of Mac data recovery software that are perfect alternatives of DiskWarrior tool. They can repair a corrupted or damaged Apple Mac hard drive and also recovers deleted/lost files from the Mac drive or volume without any single digit change. However, after using all of them, I have found TechSoftwareLogic Mac Data Recovery Software Application Tool just few months from an Apple thread and found it quite useful for data recovery purpose. This is the best DiskWarrior alternative and provides a number of features like BootCamp partition recovery, deleted partition recovery, lost files recovery etc.

Disk Warrior remains solo in its ability to repair damage that other programs cannot. You may try Stellar or TTP however ask a data recovery technician which program they recommend.

DW is not compatible with APFS. Is there anything that is?
@bpatel: what's the issue with your APFS. What data you needs to get off the drive?
I don't have problems with APFS, my point was that DW is fine for booting issues for Mac's not running APFS. But would not work on APFS formatted drives.
So, we need to find something that works on both HFS+ and APFS.
