I can't reject the disk
My Fifa 15 disk stuck inside my ps4 I can't get it out, I can't even play it. PLEASE HELP

There is a manual eject screw that you can use to eject the disc. Here is a guide for that:

If your disc is stuck inside you'll need to repair the optical drive as well.

Requirements:
Your PS4 Unit
A Well Lit Room or a flashlight/Headlight
And A Slender Phillips Head Screwdriver
Note: There's 3 Types Of PS4 units, I will go though one

1) The Sony PS4 (CUH-1000 + 1110 Series)
Step 1: Make Sure EVERY connected cables from the back and front of the PS4, Includes Power (obviously)
Step 2: You May have to remove 1 or 2 Security Torx bits (Probably a security T5 - T6. Maybe different) which is located behind the ps4, between the 2 Cooling fan intake, under 2 stickers saying "By Removing This Tag, You Will Take Full Responsibility Of Modding, And Voiding The Warranty". Then after unscrewing them, remove the HDD Bay Cover by sliding left of the cover, which removing it.
Step 3) You will see 2 vents lining the outer left edge. Locate the first single slit which is the slot that is not grouped with the others, shine a light in the vents and you will see a Phillips like head, turn left until it releases the stuck disk, I will do the others.
