1 Jam in Cartridge Area
The screen on my printer says there's a jam in cartridge area. Open and close door to clear jam. I have done that severally , pulled out the cartridge to see if there is a jam , but there's none. But it still keeps saying jam in cartridge area. What is the problem and any solutions . Thanks
