Can Not boot after trying to update to 10.4.11

I started from 10.4.3 and updated to 10.4.11 and check about this mac to see the update. Then I rebooted and it will not boot.

it will show many fail to load message like

failed to load extension com.apple.drive.applemacriscpci and com.apple.iokit.iohidfamily..etc.

then eventually goes to "still waiting for root device" forever..

Then I try to boot from boot cd to try to reinistall for the G4 and it gives a circle with a line across it.

Then I try running the hardware test and gives error

-error 1 loading default text font (Font\Geneva10)

-error 1 loading default control font (Font\Charoal12)

-type 1346978644 err1

-invalid memory access at &SRR0: 00000000 &SRR1: 00083030
