Hi guys,

at first I would like to apologize for my English, because my native language is Czech and I am a bad student =D, but now I would like to have a question.

Yours web is really super and I'm smitten with you. Keep it up.

I have got 2 GHz model of Mac mini and I would like to upgrade it (RAM) and as you can see in the subject I mean definite model of RAM:

- http://www.czechcomputer.cz/product.jsp?... (There I would buy it, Czech)

And Question? Do you think that this memories will get in to my Mac? Because they have got a "external" cooler. And what do you think about thi memory? Have you got any experiences?

Thank you Mr. "mayer", but it is because this is very primitive question with basic phrase. If I speak with you, my English will be very bad. But thanks. I have seen that you have started with Apple really early (1979). . .WOW =)

If you read the users rating and review of the RAM he tried 3 different kits which all failed mem tests and wreaked havoc in his system. Some of the tets were using 3D intensive games, but some of the crashes and memory failures were during normal use, like opening firefox. I would suggest you stay away from this particular RAM. Kingston is a reputable Company, but this particular "hyper" RAM has flaws. Buy regular Kingston or Crucial RAM.

Thank you for the answer. Yes, it's true. But I am not sure that in the Czech republic is the same memory. I am fascinated with speed of it and I think that Mac mini can have 5 CAS Latency memories. So I will test it and I will send sb. word or have you got any known kinds of memories? We have got specific memory (CZ store) for Mac from CORSAIR but CL is 9 =/ or from regular Kingston with CL 7 and it is normal latency. I will see but thank you and what do you think, HyperX will get in to my Mac? (with cooler)

Yes, the memory should fit in your Mini with no problem.
