Your machine uses a Serial ATA standard 2.5" hard drive. The largest drive I found that would work for you is 640 GB: [关联产品丢失或禁用： IF107-086]

I just discovered this and thought it might be of interest: CPU can be replaced with a faster "Socket M"/"Socket M" Core Duo or Core 2 Duo

Now that 1TB HDs with 9mm height are available, you can also upgrade the internal HD to 1 Terabyte. I just finished it and it works fine :)
