2 Why is my device unresponsive/running slow?
My tablet has been running slow lately and is sometimes unresponsive to touch commands. This usually happens while running multiple applications or watching videos.

There may not be enough memory to run multiple applications at the same time.
To speed up the response to touch commands, close unused applications and have only the applications that will be used open.
To improve response time while watching videos, have only the necessary applications open for viewing the video and close all unused applications.

Best solution in this case is to put a new software or simple conduct hard reset of device. Before that do the backup of your data.This will increase speed of your device.HARD RESET
