Warranty sticker size to replace with black cover

Could somebody tell me the exact size of ps4 warranty sticker I want to order black screw cover to replace the warranty sticker.

They are 10mm x 18mm. You could probably go .5-1mm either way and it would probably still fit fine. You can also go quite a bit smaller, but not much bigger.
