Are you connected to the internet through the router?
if yes -> check if the address is another one: ex. 192.168.0.1...
to check these scan your network to see all devices in the network.

make sure to check for any button that can change the functionality of the rourer (WISP / 3G / WIFI... etc.) - (if it is a mobile router, small ones with 4g and all).
