touchpad and keyboard not working
hello
keyboard and touchpad not working but with external keyboard and mouse everything working normal
Yosemite installed
checked connections
logicboard mc233

i already checked all connections the are ok
backlight on keyboard is working
but totaly no working keyboard and touchpad
nothing spilled in keyboard or touchpad
maybe some hits from falling on floor
in appleservice they told problem of logicboard
strange all other stuff is working perfect

Use am piece of tape on the keyboard to logic board cable to help pull it into place. After you put the tape on, unlock the cable by moving the locking tab up a gently but firmly pull the cable all the way into the slot. This is assuming that you have not spilled something into the keyboard which has shorted it out.
