Hi guys.
I've been in the business for 4 years now, and have always used pen-holders for keeping my screwdrivers and small tools for iPhone/iPad repairs. I just saw a clip with some watch-technicians where they kept their screwdrivers in special rack.
Any of you guys have smart ideas about how you are keeping the small screw drivers? So they are easily accessable?

Personally the ones I use at work, live in the top tray of my tool box, which I made a divider for. What you can do, and I'm going to make, is a little rack for them which might be like you saw. Basically it'll just be a bit of wood with the right sized holes drilled into it for my precision drivers. Basically something like this;

But with smaller holes and a frame to make it free standing so I can move it around my desk. Shy of that, you could get a small draw stationary divider and cut it to size/modify it to what you need. Stationary organizers are always a good place to start, when looking at tool organizers.

I personally just keep buying more of the 54 bit sets, I have four of them now: 54 Bit Driver Kit

I use one of these RC car tool holders. There are lot of configurations available depending on what you need. I just need precision screwdrivers , not pliers and cutters, so I went with this model.
