Replaced screen but now its blank

Followed your guide to replace screen as lcd was working fine. But now i have put it back together the display is not working. Any ideas where i went wrong? Or can you suggest something to try?

I have been over all the connections and the phone switched on and still recognises touch but just cant see anything.
